I am wanting to add a new product to our page (lolly bag) that is pick and mix, and allows you to pick ten different options (of products) to add into the bag.
How do I create a drop down list to do this?
If you want add product options the easiest way is to just find an app. Search for product options, or advanced product options in the store. You can create dropdowns in an editor for each product.

I did some digging in the App Store, and found an app called Bundles App | PickyStory by PickyStory that allows your customers to pick and choose products to add to their order, and it works with dropdowns too. It also auto-applies your brand style and is fully customizable and mobile-friendly.
Another option you might want to explore is BYOB - Build Your Own Bundle by SillyCube Technology Ltd. You can customize your store to let customers create their own bundles and this app will convert your order back into individual product SKUs so that your inventory is in sync.
