Creating a library page for ingredient list (with alphabet links)

Hello everyone,

I would like to make an ingredient library page for the webshop like the pict below:

Unfortunately, I don’t know where to look for, some say sections.

Could someone please help me or provide me with more information.

This will require custoimizing the theme itself. I do not think we can find similar section on the internet.
