We want to have an app, where when an order comes into any Shopify site - if the App is installed the Shopify owner can assign ‘Demand Delivery’ to us, we will then get the order on a separte portal and which can then be assiged to a driver (Uber style) and they will go pick up the item and deliver it within city. Here main points to this are:
1.What would be the quickest way to get to market on this, we need it branded according to our courier/logistics identity - Do we need to create from scratch or can rebrand white label version?

We would like to add other option later - on-demand is in city,- intercity and international will also be needed but routed to our partners - what would be the best option

We aleady have a driver app and platform built on Ruby - Can we integrate with this?
