Creating a shopify id for staff, do I have to use a legal name?

I just created a staff id for my shop, and it asked for my legal name as it appears on my government issued id

but I used my “artist name” instead, so I can make blog posts using that name

so is it fine to use a fictitious name for a staff id as long as I use my real name for the store owner?
