Creating a Workflow for Non-Picked-Up Local Pickup Orders in Shopify Flow

Hi, is it possible to create a workflow in Flow that would notify (by email) the customer about a non-picked-up Local Pickup order? For example, 7 days after it has been prepared. I tried to create a workflow, but I can’t figure it out. Thanks

Flow doesn’t provide native actions for sending transactional emails to customers, only marketing emails (using Shopify Email) or internal emails. There are some third-party apps that may allow for sending transactional emails from Flow.
