Creating PDFs using mechanic based on metafields based in cart or custom coding

Hi

Does anyone have experience of coding for the creation of PDFs using mechanic or custom coding who can do an urgent task please?

I need

2 text boxes from the cart

an address in the doc via a lookup

The above to be pulled into the pdf and either several thousand behind the scenes or 20 approx with a few other fields pulled in from a spreadsheet based on product variations. Whatever is faster and easier to get set up

Customer needs to be able to download the pdf and for it to store on their account or be sent to us or added to a cloud storage.
