Hi all, i have realised i was receiving a high amount of customers reaching checkout but not converting. I was really confused as to why… i went to checkout on my website to ensure it was flowing smoothly and discovered that my checkout wasn’t allowing me to input card number, expiry date etc.
The sections where you input details are just white boxes and don’t allow you to click on it and input your details
Also noticed, it allowed me to input my details on SAFARI but not on GOOGLE CHROME??
I know large majority of customers use google chrome so i need a resolution ASAP
I have a screenshot of what it looks like but i can’t upload it, how do i fix this??

Are you able to share your store URL? The reason I ask is, I’d like to test the checkout to see if I’m able to replicate the same error you’re experiencing.
You mentioned that you’re able to input your details at checkout using Safari browser but not Google Chrome. Perhaps this may be related to a browser issue as it works in Safari. To help rule out any browser issues, could you try following the troubleshooting steps listed below?
Troubleshooting Steps:
- Clear your cache and cookies on your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser.
- Try a different web browser, as well as an incognito window or private window to rule out any browser issues.
- When using incognito, if you are still experiencing a display issue, confirm you have disabled browser extensions as these can change how the pages look.
- Try another device, like another computer or mobile phone.
