Are there any CRM/customer support apps that allow you to create orders or give customers a url to add products to cart (automated)?
So for example, custom products or complex/technical products where you don’t want to list them on Shopify publicly or without a cart button, but if the customer is a right fit you can generate a draft order or give them a link to add the product to cart?
Bonus if it has B2B features like linking a sales rep
