If I export orders, it is showing a duplicate line for each line item of the orders. Is there any app or any way to make it a single line? I mean merging all in a single row.

The Shopify export is fixed. There are a lot of apps that allow you to customize the export format, such as Report Toaster, Matrixify, etc.

Our app EZ Exporter might be able to help with this. The app allows you to create custom CSV/Excel exports.
You can include just the fields that you need, so if you just need to export data at the order level, it will export just a single row per order.
You can also merge line item fields per order such as a comma-separated list of line item SKUs in one cell.
