I am struggling to import an edit csv to update product pricing. After selecting the edited CSV file I get this error:
Attaches is the csv file I am trying to upload. I have read all the suggested fixes and tried as many as I can figure out. I am not a programmer and my skills at this are limited. Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you everyone for helping. The problem was being caused by too many errors in translation. When exported the csv from Shopify I chose the option to prepare the file for use by a spreadsheet; then I opened the spreadsheet in Apple Numbers, made the necessary price adjustments, and exported from Numbers back to a csv file. Moving the data back and forth caused issues. The fix was to export as a csv text file, open that in Excel to make the changes, save as csv, and upload that copy. Worked like a charm. All is well.
You have a text “products_export_1” in the first row of your csv. Remove this and try again.
