I understand you’d like to change your store’s currency however, you’re receiving an error message that it cannot be switched after your first sale.

This is expected behaviour and the next best steps are to reach out to Shopify Support via the Help Center. Our support team will be able to take a closer look and advise if there are any changes that may impact your reporting, admin settings and storefront.

  • Log into your store.
