I have raised this issue with the shopify support advisor as per your suggestion on your given link but they are also unable to resolve this issue. They are just saying that the theme is highly modified. I don’t know how come the highly trained and well experienced shopify staff is unable to resolve this issue. Strange and disappointed!!
