Current Billing Cycle: Shipping Fees

Up until recently, I’ve been able to view my shipping fees as they accrue on the current billing cycle. I noticed recently that “View Fees” link is no longer there. I’ve reached out to a service rep who says you can only view these fees once the invoice has been issued (meaning once it’s billed). I prefer to track expenses as they occur - one for bookkeeping sake, and two to make sure fees are correct before I pay for them.

The rep from Billing & Payments team said he’d reach out to the developers about this and mentioned in the meantime I could view fees in each individual invoice. That’s inefficient for me and much more time consuming though.

The only change I’ve made to my shop recently is going from Basic to Shopify plan. Surely that feature to be able to view fees as they occur wouldn’t disappear with this upgrade? Has anyone else noticed this?

This is a result of the massive admin downgrade that recently occurred. Individual shipping fees were available for both plans until that point. We use Shopify Plus, pay 2k per month, and have also lost access.

@Shopify_77 , when will you be fixing this horrendous rollout of reduced functionality? Our cost hasn’t decreased, so why have our tools?

Sad that they keep making it worse instead of better. They will see us leaving for more functionality elsewhere. They are trying to make us pay more to get basic stuff. How sad. I won’t play that game I’ll go somewhere else.
