Hi Merchants, I’m looking forward to knowing what pain points you’ve with the Search of your store. I’m talking about the search bar that your customers/users use to search for the product that they are looking for.
Whatever pain points you’ve with search, you can point out. It could be anything like not giving proper results on misspelling, not being able to add enough tags for your products which can help in searching, the filter is not enough after the search results, search not giving proper results based on product priority.
Or it could be anything like you have the search data (what the users are searching) but you’re not able to make any use or sense of them as they’re not properly formatted.
Whatever pain points you have with the searchbar of your store or any search-related data or analytics, you can list all of them. I’d love to listen to your current problems. Hopefully, in the future, I come up with a solution for that.
