Custom app - Wrong emergency developer email address can't be changed

We just installed a custom app and put the wrong email address for the emergency developer to contact. When we change it and save it does not work. Even after uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, it goes back to the wrong email address. How can we fix that please?

I’d recommend reaching out to partner support here using an authenticated account with permissions to the merchant store, and provide the app ID so that they can take a closer look for you.
