Custom banner image size for mobile and desktop

Hi guys! I create custom CSS code for what I’m looking for in my online store. But I need to figure out how to find the exact code for both mobile and desktop. There’s always the conflict between mobile and desktop versions. So looking for some help from you guys.

you use the media Query to implement the CSS in desired screen size
