I am trying to change prices for bookings to days of the week. My store offers accommodation and the price goes up over the weekend. From my understanding I would need to customize the booking form and link variants to days of the week. I have some coding skill but need a hand with this one.

Could anyone point me in the right direction?

you can do it by making variants for all days of week. this might help you.
