Custom button in header too big on mobile

Hello!

I created a custom button in the header of a client’s site for a quiz I created, but the button is too big on mobile. How can I change the size just on mobile?

The first photo shows the mobile view where it’s way too big and shifting the other elements over. The second image shows the desktop view where it is a good size.

Please help!
