I can see that you’re trying to create a “custom charm necklace designer,” but the app you’re currently using is causing the chain and charms to disappear after a few steps. For a more stable builder—where charms never disappear and customers can see a live preview as they design—you might consider using Easify Product Options.
The app fully supports multi-step selection, real-time live preview, layering charms onto the necklace, and it all works without any coding..
Here’s an example I’ve created so you can see how it works:
First, you create each step in the builder — such as Chain Style, Charm 1, Charm 2, Charm 3, and so on — and set the display type to Image Swatch. Since each charm has its own image, the preview updates instantly as customers make their selections.
If you’d like to add pricing to individual charms, simply enter the amount in the Price field. The total cost will automatically adjust based on the customer’s chosen charms.
Next, to ensure the chain and charms don’t disappear when moving between steps, you can enable Live Preview in the Product Personalizer tab. This feature lets you set a blank chain image as the background and layer each charm in the exact position you want.
If you’d like customers to adjust the size or position of each charm, simply turn on Change image size and Change image position — giving them full control while designing their necklace.
As a result, customers can design their charm necklace smoothly, with every charm remaining visible at each step — exactly the kind of experience you’re aiming for.
