Custom chatbot code not working with store how do i fix with dawn theme and pagefly

Using Dawn theme with pagefly builder on store, I have external chatbot code to add with the store. I have tried with adding on theme.liquid file, then footer.liquid file. Also tried with Insert XO app. But anyhow the code is not reflecting on store. I have tried with another store it was working fine..How to sort it, Any solution on this would be much helpful and appreciated!!!
