Are you just trying to copy the frontend or lets say the design of it? Do you have a business as similar to this?

No, i’m trying to copy the design of it. I want it to have the text box at the top that requires a customer to fill it to be able to purchase the product and the information in that text box should be sent with the order in the order pages showing up in additional comments.

Okay so basically a custom text box?

Is that all you need l, so the custom text box and the design layout?
