Hi. I sell one dress that is in 3 colors. Each color has it’s own dedicated product.
I have custom color swatches set up that link to the respective product page, but it is not working. It looks like this:
You can see on the left that I have the 3 custom swatches set up, but it’s not loading. Instead, on the right, it’s just a black space.

What do you mean "I have custom color swatches set up "
are those built in “swatches” blocks as a theme feature, or is it another block type your trying to force to behave like a swatch. Which block is it how do you have it setup, in the blank space what html is underlying it, is there errors, etc etc etc etc.
Generally if you are doing X in the theme settings but not getting Y on the frontend other people cannot solve it unless they have access to the theme editor or the code; unless there is something obviously wrong with the publicly available HTML which isn’t provided either.
