When you create or update a product variant, you can set its price with the productUpdate API to the dealer price.
You can create a discount with the discountCodeBasicCreate mutation that applies to products, specific collections, or customers.
Order API: This API allows you to create, retrieve, update, and delete orders. When an order is placed, you can use this API to query the order object and send them to the supplier.
Fulfillment API: Shopify also provides the ability to work with fulfillment services. When an order is placed, it can be automatically sent to the fulfillment service, which will then ship the order on your behalf. If you’re working with a supplier who provides fulfillment services, you can set them up as a fulfillment service in Shopify.
Paying the supplier would typically be handled outside of Shopify, according to the terms of your agreement with the supplier. Take a look at the above links and hopefully this will help your team to plan out the build of your app.
