I use a Loyalty & Rewards app on my Shopify store and I also offer automatic tiered discounts. Currently when a customer tries to use a $x off coupon that was generated from the Loyalty app at checkout AND they’ve already qualified for a tiered discount, the $x off coupon cannot apply.
I have the ability to add a prefix to each discount generated from the app.
What I’d like to do is edit the default Shopify discount settings, so if a discount is generated with the prefix “y” it’s automatically set to combine with all other store coupons.
I have found all apps that purportedly solve this issue to not function as such. Is there a developer who can build this functionality for me?
