I’ve set up my store to allow orders when items are out of stock (marked as a “pre-order” using the Pre-order Panda app). I’d like to create an automation that sends an email to the customer outlining the expected delivery window if they order an item that isn’t currently in stock.
I can’t seem to find “current stock level” or similar as a condition setting in the automation tool. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
