Custom email for different shipping methods

Hi there,

I currently have multiple Shipping methods customers can choose at checkout. I would like to customize the email that is sent when their order is on the way (depending on which method they choose). Some of these will not have tracked shipping as they are for different pickup locations (my workaround because Shopify does not support multiple pickup locations WITH one central shop that has all of the inventory, otherwise I would use that method).

When I click on the ‘Shipping confirmation’ email code, I think I can add some that has IF statements for each shipping option, but I am not sure where and how.
