custom email tool for operational notifications

Hi all,

I need an email tool to send operational notifications such as out-of-stock, delayed delivery, missing products, quality issues, etc. to my customers.

I basically need a tool that might allow me to upload a CSV list that includes customer name, email, and notification text.

Once I upload this list, I need the tool to send these personalized emails to the customers within the list.

I’d really appreciate if you have any suggestions for this.

PS: I use Klaviyo for my email marketing and it doesn’t work for my use case.

Afaik no email app that covers those specific use cases.

There are third party lowcode services like zapier where you can build these processes.

And there are shopify apps like usemechanic to script business logic into tasks using transactional email.

While there are many CSV based and email based tasks there’s no starter task combining both functions for this specific use case.
