Custom Footer - adding backlink on footer close to Copyright

I’m looking to add a backlink to the footer section on the Refresh Theme on Shopify and unfortunately cant seem to find a way to do it or code it.

If anyone is familiar with this sort of problem, I’d appreciate your help
