Custom form into footer

Hello, I created a custom form using forms in shopify. How can I add my form into my footer? I am in the reformation theme. Thank you.

You can add your custom form to the footer in your Reformation theme by following these steps:

Go to Shopify Admin → Online Store → Themes → Customize.

Select the Footer section → Add block → Email or Custom HTML.

Paste your form code → Save.

Your form will now appear in the footer.

Hi @CodingFifty When I follow those instructions I only see adding the generic email, and custom liquid not html..its not giving me the option to add my custom one

In the Reformation theme, if the footer only allows the generic email block or custom Liquid, you can use AI Sections / Custom Liquid to add your form.
