We hired Shopify Experts to re-design our website and in the process, create custom forms(assets) on our site to collect customer information. We’ve recently been made aware that 1 part of the form is not migrating to the customers cart and ultimately, we’re not receiving the data.

Unfortunately, it appears that on ALL our forms, not for this specific product or custom asset, that we aren’t collecting this Additional Information field at all.
Does anyone know what I might be missing before I hire a Shopify expert?
