Custom HTML for the video to play on hover

Hello,

I am trying to upload a video with a custom HTML code but the video keeps on autoplaying/playing when the page loads. I only want the video to play when the customer hovers over the video. Can someone please send me the right code for a video to play when you hover? This is the code I was using for the video

Hey Boss, the mouse hover works on desktop, but not mobile. I have to press the video to play. Is it possible If there is a code for the video to play when you hover on mobile?

If not, is there a code to at least add a thumbnail to the video?
