custom html section in theme editor to show colleciton of images with text below each one

Hi guys. I am using the Brookling theme.

When I go to theme → edit theme, in the home page there is the option to add custom HTML sections. I want a section where 3 images are displayed next to each other in a grid with text below each image. How can I achieve that?

It’s similar to this, but it’s not a collection, the images are not clickable, and the text is not displayed on the images but below them:

yes please create new section and copy and pate relevant section code them add collection template page for new section code
