Anytime I hear install links makes me think it could be this new “New embedded app authorization strategy”: https://github.com/Shopify/shopify-app-js/tree/main/packages/shopify-app-remix#enabling-this-new-strategy-in-your-app

Hmm, do extension-only apps count as embedded as far as Shopify is concerned? I don’t even have the ‘shopify.server.ts’ config file in the codebase to edit that option, as I don’t have a Remix template attached at all.
