I have a variant picker that is only working for a single product with variants, not for all products with variants. Would love to know how to fix.

That is a bit tricky to check by just looking at the store but here are a few things you can check.
Do you have multiple templates for different products?
On the product page in admin theme customization, is the variant picker added as a block to product info section? Maybe it is hidden.
Can you share screenshots of the admin product details page where you have those variants defined, for product you mentioned ?
