I would like to ask or know if there is any app that offers loyalty discounts (not points) compatible with Shopify POS.
What I want is create specific groups with different levels of discount. Those discounts I want them to be automatic on specific collections on my website and also (pretty important) in the POS app.
With the new POS app I don’t think is possible but I would like to know for sure.

Even though we don’t provide a loyalty program particularly, yet ConnectPOS has a specific feature for your request. Thanks to our Group Pricing function, you can create pricing and discount rules for each customer group. We also support using the rules that you’ve created in Shopify admin.

you can have the discounts set up for a specific group of customers directly via Shopify. For displaying the discount codes, you can do it using conversion triggers via Engati.
You can trigger the pop-up on collections, products, a particular product, people trying to exit page, x seconds spent on the page, adding/removing from cart, x% scroll

It seems you app does what I asked but not the POS part so far so at the moment we are not gonna try it.
But looks great the part of customers tiers based on time.

Do you have maybe another recommendation for such an app?
We are looking for a solution to issue cashback to customers once a year based on there total spendings during a year.
