I just noticed that custom product builder just stopped working on my site. It won’t load the product page.
it is stuck at loading screen. https://hyotyvoima.fi/products/rakenna-oma we have a custom loading screen, but I don’t think it does affect it all.
need help fixing it please.
Well I noticed it yesterday, but according to CPB logs they had some update at 2 days ago, so I suspect it has something to do with it.

Did this ever got solved? Our products also are still stuck at LoadingShop Data". Thier support call has no more available schedule for this year and still waiting for thier reply via email.
Yes, contacted support from app page and gave them access to fix it site now loads, now the problem is that it is completely broken, items keeps automatically selecting and unselecting items.
