We hope this message finds you well. Our online store is about to launch, and we plan to sell shirts in unique packs. Each pack will consist of 1 M size, 1 L, 1 XL, and 1 XXL shirt.
We plan to use the Motion Theme for our store, but we are also considering the Dawn theme as an option.
However, we are facing a challenge with modifying the quantity selector to align with our pack offerings. We would like it to function as follows:
- 4 - 1 pack
- 8 - 2 packs
- 12 - 3 packs
- 16 - 4 packs
- 20 - 5 packs
- 24 - 6 packs
The primary objective is to set the minimum order quantity for each product to be 1 pack (which contains 4 shirts). Additionally, we want to enforce that customers must have a total of 25 packs (100 shirts) in their cart before they can proceed to checkout.
Currently, we have tested several apps available on the Shopify app store, but none of them fully meet our requirements.
Our specific need is to display a notification in the cart whenever a customer has added less than 25 packs (100 shirts). For instance, if a customer has 15 packs (60 shirts) in their cart, we want a message like “You have 15 packs (60 shirts) in your cart. To proceed to checkout, please add 10 packs (40 shirts) more.”
Moreover, it is essential that the checkout button remains disabled until the customer adds 25 packs to their cart.
We kindly request your valuable insights and expertise on how we can achieve this custom quantity selector and enforce the minimum order quantity for our shirts.
