I’m a Shopify Developer,
On multiple shipping profiles:
Profile A : 59Nis shipping
Profile B: 299Nis shipping.
someone buys 1 unit of item of A + 1 unit of item of B
Current situation: Shipping costs 59 + 299 = 358 ( Combined shipping )
I want it to be 299 shipping cost ( The most expensive cost is of “B”).
If an Shopify app needed for that I will use. But I prefer not

Hi,
This currently is not supported by Shopify. The default behaviour by Shopify is to sum up both the profile rates.
But it is requested by a lot of merchants. I hope Shopify gives an option soon to change it.
Can I change this behavior by coding ? Can you point me to the place of the logic code takes place? Or is it a server side function?

No unfortunately you cannot change this. No app or code can solve this right now.
But you can try an hack, you can try to give a discount equal to the amount of the lower shipping profile rate.
This might be possible via custom coding. You can ask any Shopify developer to do this.
