the sitelinks are generated automatically by Google and there’s no way how you could customize them. Read more about the sitelinks in my article: Sitelinks – links below your Google Search snippet. Can you edit them?

It can be done. You can help Google with a schema data script. You won’t be able to choose which results come up, but you can add the search field.
You can put this piece of code in the head of your Shopify theme. In theme.liquid. Just before closing
