Hi @coastnerdchic ,

There are 2 problems to solve:

  1. You check on the product that these 2 templates have the same settings. Maybe in the template you just created, the settings are not the same as the default template
  2. Did you check the javascript code to see if there is any missing place when the template name is not? (If you don’t know this part, you should hire a shopify expert for help)
