I would like to add a custom text field under the product name (in the image G.M.O) for each product in my store (around 100 products) that includes a short description of the product. Is there an easy and efficient way to achieve this, possibly using custom Liquid code? I’ve attached two images of my shop and an example from another shop for reference.

If the theme supports it use a custom-liquid block, though alot of themes don’t have a block that sits flush to the title.
And you’d likely need to setup a metafield to contain the unique text per product, unless the text is the same for all products that is.

For example the liquid for a custom subtitle metafield would be {{ product.metafields.custom.subtitle }} after you create the proper metafield definition.
