My store offers local area delivery only. I have the radius option selected with 14 miles which has been great but there are a couple customers that are still able to order despite being outside the boundary. If I make a test order with their address, the site says delivery no available, yet, when the customer orders they’re still able to do so. The only thing I can think of is that the customers had previous orders when the radius was wider and the system is allowing them to bypass the boundary. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
