Hello,

While doing some testing I realized there was an automatic “account verification” email, which is automatically sent to customers trying to create an account who had already been registered but did not create their account yet (as explained here Customer account email verification - Shopify Community ).

However I cannot find its template or any settings relating to it. The email is sent with default styling and language even though I have modified all accessible templates.

Thank you in advance.

Hi @Anonymous_a97125fff176293a08d831f019a03185 , go to settings/notifications, you’ll find all email templates there.

Hi, @MarinaPetrovic ,

Thank you for answering. However, as I mentioned above I already checked every email template I could find and that specific email isn’t appearing anywhere.

Hi, any luck finding this? I am also trying to find it so I can edit the code. This email sends out my business address in the footer, which is also my personal address. Really need to remove this.
