I had a customer place an order last night, she was charged $23.81. This order/transaction shows on my end. Her transaction on her end shows from my store and my city.
This morning she was charged $12.60 from my shop. Her transaction shows my store name, but from San Francisco. There is no transaction/order on my end showing anything to do with this $12.60.
Why did it charge her this second time?
