Customer credit card payment not matching purchase price/invoice

We’ve had a few customers (mostly corporates) reach out lately asking why their credit card charge is higher than what the purchase price was when they checked out.

It is in the order of around 1.5% higher.

We are based in NZ and charge in USD.

Is there anything we can do to fix this?
