I want to add an automation whereby the customer gets an email when a specific note is added to their order by a member of staff, or something similar.
For example:
My company creates personalised gifts that take a while to be produced. We often have queues and processing times of around 2-4 days. I’d like the customer to be notified when we’ve started work on their order.
Is there any way to do this? I cannot see an event trigger that would allow me to do this. The trigger does not have to be “note added” but just something that our staff can manually press to trigger the “Your order is currently being made” email.
