I have error messages from all 3 apps in Customer Events. They are telling me that customers can see tags, discounts, and shipping information in Facebook & Instagram. And that customers can see discounts and tags in TikTok and Pinterest. I hired a IT Expert to fix this issue but they couldn’t. They spoke with Shopify Support and were told it is on Meta. I spoke with Meta and they told me it is not on their end, that it is on Shopify’s end. I then chatted with someone from Shopify Support myself and they sent me here.
