Customer exit automation if placed more than one order? Custom workflow

Hi,

I’ve created a workflow automation in “Marketing” section so that if a customer places an order 60 days after they place an order they are asked to leave a Google review. The issue is we have a lot of repeat customers, so I’d like for the workflow to check if they’ve made more than one order, and if they have, exit the workflow. I find the conditional options super confusing to navigate, and I can’t seem to find this option. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Can you have the workflow check if the customer has a certain tag?

Then you could tag customers Repeat Customer if their order count is > 1.

This is a popular way people solve this with Order Automator, but you could also do it Shopify Flow or manually.
