I have recently closed one of my Shopify stores, and opened another under a new brand. I want to transfer all of the email subscribers from the first shop to the second. I have exported the csv file with my email subscribers, but when I go to import it on the new store every customer shows as ‘failed to import’, and it says under the dropdown Customer ID not found , 100 errors.
