I have local delivery notifications enabled for my website
when i click ‘‘prepare delivery’’ it sends an email and when i click ‘‘delivered’’ it sends an email
now the ‘‘delivered’’ email works and gets sent to customers when i mark their order as delivered but the ''prepare delivery one doesn’t work. i click ‘‘prepare delivery’’ and the customer receives no email.
can anyone help me with this, please?
